Cell # 1 -spotting and reporting people on sects and religion movements-

A follow up of what the different sects are doing. Information Cell through infiltration.

They have a list of the main religions and sects; it includes the Masons, Dalai Lama’s group, the Vatican, Scientology as well as the new mental movements such as Yoga, T.M., etc.

Even if they have a list of everything in sight, they must find out about any NEW important movement appearing on the scene.

They mostly select people that are already in the group. It is always easy to get small information for big money. It looks so innocent as direct questions are never asked.

The information they pass better be genuine as mistakes are not accepted by Nº 1.

Only Nº 1 gives the data to the required computer. A Very tough guy. 300 people work under him and they have their informants. All is done by assignment. If needed some of the 300 may know each other. Out of the 300 there are 4 bosses and they know each other.

This looks as a rather ‘unimportant’ Cell, but it is through it that the manipulation of IMPORTANT people is done.

Influential and wealthy new members must immediately be reported.

Nº 1 knows about all the interests the “16” have.

Cell # 2 -contacts needed for political and economic reasons-

Contacts to the persons the “16” have interest in. These people, mostly men, must be in a high social position to be considered for the job.

In the sects they all act as “brothers”, once accepted, so ANY kind of political or economical arrangements can be made and kept SECRET. This way the Web is consolidated.

Many ‘threads’ are in use, without the knowledge of these ‘threads’, and they work actively in our present society!

Power and greed moves most people, and some even believe they are helping a good cause when they are being contacted. Only the “16” know what each ‘thread’ means for the complete World Wide Web.

Cell # 2 is exclusive, people like to work in it as only those are chosen that are compatible with Globalization through religious sects. This is a kind of Club where they meet each other and have easy access even to the Illuminati, if needed. Also they can enter the most secret Sects.

Basically they are very intelligent and often charming manipulators. Most of the political and possibly also economical movements we see in the press are a result of such undercurrent agreements.

There are 241 ‘Club’ members. Again it all looks very easy going and luxurious – great dinners, excellent parties, etc.

Nº 1 is merciless, so there are some “natural” deaths happening once in a while.

The responsibility for this Cell is the ET’s, some with human bodies. This Cell is so important that they do not dare leave it all to the terrestrials. 4 bosses using our bodies. They work directly with Nº 1. This is the MAIN invisible group on our Planet. There are also 4 of our people with mayor responsibilities.

EXACT orders are given to these contacts. In reality a tough job, as they simply cannot afford to fail.

Cell # 3 -supervising execution of agreements made by cell # 2-

The Execution Cell comprises many different sect and religious people.

To the agreements made by Cell # 2 a follow up is needed. These are in reality spies that must follow the current events. They may slightly push towards the stipulated targets, but never so much as to be detected.

They are introduced in areas where agreements have been made, forwarding information about the trend of events as well as about the person’s life.

Here we are talking about TOP personalities, could be even a President, and often is, of Corporations, Banks, etc. As soon as the target is reached, they are retrieved from that position and placed in another, if available.

They do NOT know each other and their number varies after demand. No other than their Boss knows the real importance of the target.

There could be up to 500 people. The main bosses know each other, but NONE knows Nº 1. Otherwise there is 1 as the main responsible + 4 co-responsible.

Cell # 4 -controlling spiritual and sects leaders-

Spiritual Leader CONTROLLERS.

Religion and Sects should not acquire too much power. They try to buy them all. Again, most people can be bought with their generous offers.

This Cell must know what each of those leaders represent in order to approach them. From here ‘new’ leaders can also ensue.

Here we find the top of Materialistic (hidden) Spirituality. Immensely important for the “16”’s operations as the only thing they are afraid of is being discovered. They KNOW about the Power of the Spirit or Mind, as many call it.

Its development must be avoided at ANY cost.

The top “spiritual” leaders must look clever and convincing as well as hold a hard (invisible) grip on their people. Have them all under THEIR control.

Most have no idea of the real scope of their cheating, they just want to be known and have ‘Power’.

We can all see that most religions and sects are rather rotten today. They came to the point of even killing themselves.

This Cell has 20 leaders in charge of what is going on with all known religious or sect leaders. It is their job to have them under control and for this they can find appropriate people whom they direct towards whatever target they receive. These 20 are responsible for the results World Wide.

They work together, have all the necessary data available to operate and all the economic help they may wish. The 19 gather reports, the Boss only sends to ‘computer’ what is essential for the ETs to know. He does know about them, but not about Nº 1.

Terminal Nº 2

Main Activity over: EU Parliament

Cell # 1-investigating known politicians-

This cell is doing continuous INVESTIGATIONS on known politicians with the purpose to undermine them.

They investigate the curriculum of all members of the Parliament, also on members “to be”. A kind of FBI with destructive purposes.

This “private investigators” are following up ANY possibility of gossip that could later be useful to them.

This is all what this cell does. Its headquarters is in Berlin, a lawyer’s company, a “Political Bureau” where legal advise is also given. It is NOT hidden, but the information coming in IS! There they have a secure computer system for sending and receiving.

The compiled data goes to a Political Base. After it is analyzed it is sent to # Nº 2 to his ‘underground’ computer and to the moon.

Later orders are issued for Cell # 2.

There are many investigators; even press reporters can be used as well as different spying systems. There are only 4 bosses known to Nº 2, again, they do NOT know him. There is a SENIOR in the office of Berlin who checks the in coming data and decides what should be sent on.

In the Base we find the main European EXPERTS 6 in all, 2 Ets & 4 of our own race, 2 from the US & 2 from Europe (Belgium & Holland).

Cell # 2 -coordination-

Once a plan is made, Cell # 2 receives exact orders about the persons that must be followed, contacted, helped or destroyed.

Here the Senior Boss adjudicates which team or person will be in charge of each assignment. These people have been trained in harassment, if necessary, in being very convincing and able to make “good friends” with the elected person.  Each receives the assignment with an order of what should be achieved.

The Senior Boss’s job is to follow up the results using investigators from cell # 1. Only this Boss knows what the overall scene is, and Nº 2 knows him, but he has no idea about Nº 2’s real position.

The amount of people working for this cell varies. This cell in “invisible”.

The people he uses come from a file delivered by Cell # 3. This list changes often. There they are also trained.

Cell # 3 -finding and training people for cell # 2-

Their job is to find and train suitable persons. The finding is helped by Cell # 4 from  Nº 14 even though they do some work themselves too. For this they use specially trained and very able people, about 7 of them.

Most of these people are “easy to buy”. Once an agreement is established they get trained in how to approach and handle their assignments. These trainees are often university graduates, they need a job, and they get it! Also a position is created for them. They get into companies, government offices, etc. From there they can contact and do what is expected of them.

Headquarters situated in Amsterdam as a business training company. It has different classrooms, even different houses.

Once Cell # 3 is satisfied with the training the file goes to Cell # 2. Jobs are handled by Cell # 3 composed of 1 Senior Boss and 10 instructors.

Cell # 4 -searching people for political infiltration-

Political experts are gathered in this cell, kind of a Political Academy placed in Hanover. Here they get trained in what to find for political use. This could be for ANY country as the BASICS are much the same. These trainees later get high posts in other cells.

This cell does FIND the people they wish to train. It is the CORE for political manipulation. Here we have experienced in practical life politicians. They are not too known to us, nevertheless they have a brilliant mind.

The core of the Political Web in how to infiltrate and with what results.

They know about the Basic Purpose and that they are part of an all powerful group which they intend to be THE group leading the world.

A very well hidden cell composed of 20 political experts. No boss here other than Nº 2 whom they know, but have no idea he is their Boss!

They have agreed to send reports to a computer and to receive their coded pay checks accounts.

When they receive orders they can discuss them, agree or disagree and then send back the result they achieved.

There is mostly good harmony in this work as they have a mutual goal. But, if problems should ensue the handling of Cell # 2 of Nº 9 acts swiftly

Terminal Nº 3

Main Activity over: Russian Finance

Cell # 1 -gathers knowledge in all soviet union banks-

Bank connections, basically to control Russia. “They” divide Russia between themselves. Part of Global bank business.

This cell must know about ALL bank businesses in the whole region that before was Soviet Union. Mafia movements must be known too. Basic purpose is that the flow of money should come from their controlled sources in order to buy cheap. An instigation cell.

Reports, on a via end in Nº 3’s hands and from them he will advise for loans to be granted.

Central office in Moscow under the name of Bank Advisors. They have all banks mapped and all data about them too. It is not even hidden. To be able to be certain about the data, they have staff traveling as helpers to the different banks with their problems. The fee they charge is not high so they are welcome everywhere they present themselves.

There are about 30 people employed in this cell, most of them are traveling around. In headquarters the “brain” is placed and as usual there are 5 main bosses and 1 of them decides about what should be transmitted through their communication system.

Cell # 2 -agreements and contracts with high finance and governments-

Political and diplomatic cell.

Agreements must be made with high finance and governments. They do not necessarily have the data from Cell # 1, but Nº 3 has them. This cell gets the contracts signed all over the ex Soviet Union.

If they get to know about any bank movements from some border countries, these will be reported. People of this cell are very helpful to the places they visit, but their assignment is to get the contracts signed!

Banks are happy to get those loans, but in reality they are selling out their country to a one-hand government called Globalization.

This cell works without knowing its boss; they are his tentacles through the region and help him provide loans that are profitable for the “16”.

All gets worked out in the economical and political Bases. Mars does not need to get involved for minor investments.

Here we have business and bank managers with great interest in the contracts as they get commissions for them! They know nothing about the scope of this work, just plain bank business.

These persons are provided by Cell # 3. Cell # 2 is situated in a business office in Switzerland, not far from Nº 9!. It is in Geneva. There agreements are made with the chosen people. 5 of them work together and have equal power.

Cell # 3 -headhunter-

The “Head Hunters”.

They must find the correct people as well as groove them in about their future job. Most are delighted when they get to know about their assignments.

This cell finds their prospects in government, banks or in the business world. For information they have access to Central Files. It makes it fast to locate the right people. Office placed in Bern, Switzerland, in a banking center.

This cell is divided in ‘hunters” and the ones giving instructions. If a person does not seem correct he never gets to the instruction part.

There are 20, 4 for instructions and 16 for the search.

The 4 are the bosses and the only ones that know about Cell # 2 and what kinds of people are needed. Orders are received from computers, and they come form Cell # 4.

Cell # 4 -high finance and decision-making-

The high finance cell representing the money flow of the planet.

They must agree to what should be done. When they meet they receive summarized correct data. Most of them have no idea about the Aliens, but the suggestions they are getting come from a Base where all has been analyzed.

This cell directs Russia’s and many other countries economy, but the area of Russia is the responsibility of Nº 3.

Cell 4 knows all the finance leaders and has the power to convoke for meetings. Some of the “16” are part of it. Their number varies depending on its needs.

These meetings are generally done with short notice, often in places the 16 have for such occasions. Discussions are brief.

This is a decision making cell.

Here the power of the “16” is concentrated. ANY of the “16”  can convoke these TOP finance persons when there is a chance of acquiring another piece of the planet, or, if crisis not provoked by them, ensue. No press ever hears about this, even though these TOP SECRET meetings are choking and drowning us all.

Vatican Administration

Guerrilla – Terrorism

Cell # 1 -Vatican administration-

Vatican Administration, their business is tightly linked with our GLOBALIZATION.

Vatican must also know in what to invest and Nº 4 is in charge of this.

A business Cell linking with planet’s high finance. Here is what the Catholic’s donations go to. Here we also have clean bank business, and as the cardinals cannot sit doing this work, this Cell does the work for them.

Being part of the “16” they have access to the best businesses. People accepted in this company must have influence and wealth. There are about 50 people, all very able, but they are tightly supervised by the bosses of this Cell, which are 3 + 1, which means that only one of them has access to Main Computer which is tied to the Organization’s Administration.

Cell # 2 -cash flow for guerrilla and terrorism-

Lets the cash flow for guerrilla & terrorism work + administration and hidden delivery to specific funds for later use in practical life.

This Cell is divided between Underground Base work where all their World Wide Administration of accounts is placed. With the “16” agreement, money is allocated for this purpose, (guerrilla & terrorism) then distributed as needed. Aliens and terrestrials, 150 in all man all Underground computers. 120 are our people, 30 are alien specialists in Planetary Administration.

Over ground they must see to that things function, as they should. They ensure that the accounts DO exist and CAN be used with no difficulties. These people know as little as possible about the totality of the WEB.

There are 20 of them and 4 have the responsibility for its flawless function.

Cell # 3 -public relations for staging splendid scenes for the Vatican-

The Vatican is a STAGE; scenarios must be produced in order to keep people’s interest.

The Pope’s person is backed up as any president. They need a Public Relation Cell. Their job is to find out what will be successful and where. All big events have their costs. This Cell is generously supplied with cash. All must be SPLENDID.

This way the “16” make everybody believe in the “purity” of their purposes.

The money for Guerrilla & Terrorism stems from the same source as Vatican’s splendidness.

It may seem new and hard to understand this, but it is in reality a Very Old Game. A way to maintain Power over us all. It is OK to believe in a God, but rather meaningless to give money and prayers to a VATICAN who uses it for our destruction.

People in this Cell KNOW the best way to produce the desired effects, and this is what they apply. There are about 50 people, co-coordinating their knowledge when some of their suggestions are accepted. When rewards are given, all get the same amount.

Ideas and needs are passed on the usual way. 14 has great interest in these shows and is the one that can give the approval for their execution.

Cell # 4 -top connections, even drug and prostitution business-

The TOP CONNECTION CELL.

Vatican’s highest representatives. Laymen, not known in the press but, very active in GLOBAL connections.

Nº 4 sees to it that they get access to many profitable contracts. This being his main job as well as finding ways for money to flow continually into his domain.

Here we have a well-established lawyer’s office, situated in Rome's most exclusive business building. Apparently it has no connection to the Vatican. Their job is to increase its assets. Even prostitution and drugs could bed considered, as long as the gains are part of a “safe and secure business”.

This is the UPPER WORLD investing and keeping alive the UNDERWORLD.

All in all, a dirty business behind a SPLENDID FAÇADE!

The bosses of this Cell are 6 hard and able investor and contract makers.

Terminal Nº 5

Main Activity over: China

Cell # 1 -selected society-

The Selected Society Cell forming a very exclusive Club or sect. This Cell is in charge of finding, getting acquainted or introduced to persons that have something to say in the Chinese structure. Surrounding Asian countries could be included as long as they serve their GLOBAL purpose.

People from this Cell are in agreement with the take over of Power, if possible, over whole Asia. They conceive it as strengthening China & Asia in this GLOBAL game.

As Nº 5 do know many leading personalities, he has founded this Club, naturally not under his name. He participates in meetings but not as the LEADER he in reality is. No one is afraid of him, as he seeks no power for himself! This way he is welcome everywhere.

What no one knows is that he later gives orders to one of his Cells to gather the people he chose. He never pushes in any direction, only sees what is going on in many different governmental cycles. He is often invited to neighboring countries, as he is very good in arranging official meetings. Many are grateful for his help.

In this Cell he works with “friends”. They get to know what is necessary for the function they are executing, but about the “16” they have no idea.

The numbers of this Cell varies, but does not exceed 20.

Cell # 2 -club organizers-

The “Club’s” organizers and leaders.

It all looks exclusive and very important. There are certain things each member is supposed to do in order to improve his ‘status’ in the “Club”.

Different grades of difficulties are established, and to reach to the highest Status (something everyone wishes) they perform the necessary (for the “16”) changes in the country they come from, mostly China.

This Cell is highly educated and knows all about Asian customs. They are also tightly supervised as they are manipulating a big portion of our planet.

They’re about 70 persons involved in this Cell. It is a strict organization in itself, with its own rules, rewards and penalties. They all come from renown and good families. These family ties increase their reach into the part of the society they wish to control. Some have even religious Buddhist ties. There are minor branches of this Club outside Beijing, which is the Club.

These are in Shanghai, Guangzhon (Canton), Chengdu, Taiyuan, North Korea – P’Yongyang,  Vietnam – Saigon, Singapore – Malaysia, Bangkok – Thailand. Even if they are much smaller Clubs, they follow exactly the same rules and regulations as the main one.

Twice a year there is a meeting in Beijing.

Cell # 3 -located in an alien base in northwest china-

Coordination Cell working in a Base in China. It is situated North West of the country. Area of Ürümgl between 45 - 40 longitude and 85 – 90 latitude.

A political Base working for Asian and Chinese “development”. There are about 100 people; half of them Ets and the other half are Asians and Europeans. This Base connects with other Bases of the same kind in order to work Globally.

No mayor movements are allowed without an OK from Mars. 5 goes personally to this “VIP” Base.

Cell # 4 -security cleaning and transport-

Security Cell, doing any work that cannot be done with computers.

Anything that need to be gotten or transported to the Clubs. Their own messenger system necessary not to draw attention. The most ‘natural’ things are transported the usual way, but none of these people come even as far as the kitchen.

This Cell is also in charge of the cleaning personnel whose pay is good, but they cannot go around the Club without a monitor following their moves.

This Cell’s responsibility is Security in all directions.

Its main office is in Beijing with branches, as they consider necessary. Here we have many people involved. In the core of this Cell there are some Very tough people.

Good organizers are needed, as places must look spotless and ‘free’. No one has ever seen how tightly monitored these Clubs are.

8 are responsible for security.

For organization of different kind 150.

The over all responsibility is in the hands of 5 bosses and one has a link to 5 through a special device which links to his computer. This is only used in case of emergency, where security is threatened. He will not get punished for using the line as this helps fast action, if really needed. He also has the highest pay, unknown to the other 4. They apparently work together on the same level.

Money gets allocated for all their needs through some special bank computers. The Organization in Beijing looks very normal; Cleaning deliveries and Security Services.

An amazingly subtle net involving the Asian countries.

These lines are tightly supervised and used with the basic purpose of having them all in their ‘hands’.

No one can see all these tailor made events as they often occur in dis-related places

Nº 5 is a very agreeable personality and has no enemies. On the other hand has them all in his power!

Terminal Nº 6

Main Activity over: India

Cell # 1 -information about sects and religious leaders-

Here we have a HINDU leader whose main work is in India, being the biggest area, but it extends to other countries too.

A SECT controller, information Cell. Informs about all sect leaders, especially in Hinduism, as the ones that have the POWER over the population are their ‘spiritual’ leaders.

The information system is built on the same structure as in the other issues. It is mostly a Hindu Cell. Has headquarters in Amristar, north of the country, on the border with Pakistan, not too far from Nepal, Tibet. This is a rather strong religious area for Asia.

They also gather data about Buddhist leaders, as these are the people they can use in their Global Business and they have influence and power in their area.

We see the crowds, but the ‘spiritual’ leaders control them. And the “16” do everything they can to influence them. This looks like tentacles going out in all directions to continually find these people in all strata of the society.

They must KNOW who they are, their background and their peculiarities.

Trained investigators that NEVER draw attention on themselves. There are many working at this, possibly 450 people, but the core of the Cell working in Amrister is of 20. This is a Religious Information Center where even tourists can come to get some pretty correct data.

It all looks, as usual, totally innocent, and all in the name of knowledge and help for humanity!

The “16” are the BEST-informed group on Earth. Computers are of great help.

Most important data ends up in Nº 6’s computer. There is NO visible connection between him and this Cell.

Cell # 2 -governmental-

The governmental Cell.

Making meetings with the leaders they have decided to use. They need them for government policies.

Nº 6 ‘runs’ the country with a strong link to the “16”’s basic projects.

This Cell arranges meetings and gets people together in a ‘natural way’. Whatever seems spontaneous from their part is all carefully staged. No others but them can see all the connections made in order to work towards Globalization, ignorance and poverty for the masses and on the other hand immense wealth and power for themselves + their nearest allies.

What they DO is buy and tie the hands of ANY leader that wishes to help the people. But, if this proves not possible he is gotten rid of.

Cell composed of influential people in India and South Asia. They must be able to bring into effect all those agreeable and luxurious meetings.

The only “office” they have is a computer that stores all the data about the ‘members’ out in the field as well as gives instructions about what meetings should be established.

A Public Relations Cell creating constant contacts. The bosses come from high cast, high rank families, accepted wherever they go. Many are Nº 6’s personal friends, but as he is known for his wisdom and decency, all is done with, apparently, the best intention. The manipulation is certainly INVISIBLE.

They like 20 as a number for the most important ones. The tentacles amount to about 200 people.

Please notice that they just arrange meetings!

Cell # 3 -global coordinator-

The coordination Cell World Wide.

Someone MUST KNOW what is going on in different places, what they have achieved and what the next targets are.

This Cell is situated in a Base in Nebraska, North Plate – Seneca and Ringgold Area. It is used by all the “16” as needed and Nº 6 depends on its strategy to make his meetings and know in what direction these meetings should go.

Here super specialists from Andromeda follow day-by-day developments of their plans. India with its problems is totally known to them. They are allowed, in daily life to give some guidance, but any MAYOR change must have the OK from Mars. As we see, Hindu religion is directed from…….Mars!

Globalization is monitored from GLOBAL knowledge in a not global Base!

Cell # 4 -fulfilling purposes in prepared meetings-

Composed of persons that KNOW the purpose of the established meetings. 6 personally assign these. They are not necessarily Hindu, they come with concrete proposals.

Many of them have been implanted to achieve their purpose (not known to them). They can represent strong Banks or a ‘helping’ foreign government. Contracts are made in a secret way with different group leaders. The net result we can see is IGNORANCE – POVERTY – HOPELESSNESS –

Some can even come from another Cell to “prepare” them. Those meetings are RECORDED and can always be used for blackmail if somebody changes his mind. The recording devices are not visible as they are highly sophisticated.

This way of operating is for most of their clandestine or less clandestine meetings. It works for them, no one gets to regret!

We must understand that this is their STANDARD way of operating, and 100% under their control.

It creates this INVISIBLE WEB.

There are thousands of relatively small movements, but all coordinated with NO CORRUPTION, which makes them strong.

The most deadly part of it all is that it is in reality NOT organized by the mentioned “16”, but they are being driven by EXTERNAL forces as we just saw.

Terminal Nº 7

Main Activity over: Brazil

The South America Web

Cell # 1 -southamerican connection-

The South American Connection.

This cell keeps communication with all South American governments, must know everything going on in these countries.

Here we have diplomats, ministers or secretaries in high positions.

What Nº 7 wants is INSIDE information.

As Brazil is the most important country in South America, other countries are eager to have good relations with it, and as Nº 7 is a government advisor he can work on his South American Web, which basically is his mission.

There is a diplomatic bureau in Sao Pablo, a State institution where meetings are held to brief and debrief the different emissaries. It is all a friendly interchange of information, which goes toward South American Trade Unity.

This cell is the preparation prior to different treaties about which we do hear in the press.

The head of all these connections is Nº 7. It is his job to connect these to the rest of their world.

This cell is composed of 100 people. The ones briefing and debriefing are the Bosses, and there are about 10 of them. One of these 10 has the power of command over them all and can cut any line he considers dangerous for the purpose he knows about, (Power for Brazil).

Danger = someone getting too curious and who does not believe in the “help” being offered.

Depending on the grade of ‘danger’, measures are taken, from a fade out of communication, tracing this person’s connections, up to nullifying even them. Also ‘natural’ death can occur as well as making a drug addict of the person in question.

Connections are sought in the nearest possible vicinity of a president, or to a president himself. A “beautiful” South American fraternity!

Their people should get all top positions, the others should be replaced one by one. There are ways of getting rid of unwanted persons also by ruining their reputation, which is cell # 2’s specialty.

There is also a MILITARY connection done in such a way that armies will interfere or keep away from events, depending on Nº 7’s orders. This is agreed with Mars for important issues, otherwise the “16” can decide.

They prefer to have agreement among themselves, as this is part of their strength. They work for GLOBAL, not personal interest.

The MILITARY part of this cell has its own people, as militarists think and act a bit different than politicians and have the Power to make and break governments.

As Nº 7 is a military man he gives great heed to this part of his Cell, and has many friends in it. He is mostly liked as he can always procure excellent jobs.

Here we have a Military Web in South America 100% unknown to the people.

The “16”’s people are also placed here on Key posts.

In this way South America is in their hands. Here there are about 200 people as well as Bosses. Headquarters are in one of Brazil’s military bases connected to Alien Bases, one in Minas Gerais, South of Diamantina, 18.5 longitude, 43.5 latitude. A military Base.

The other one is not far from Brasilia in Goias, North from Anapolis, not far from Interlandia 17 longitude and 49 latitude. An Economic – Political Base.

Cell # 2 -discredits targets reputation-

Instigation Cell composed of spies, detectives, actors, people that can easily infiltrate any place and look convincing.

When they get assigned a target they must:

1)     Ruin this person’s reputation in such a way that he looses credibility and respectability to such an extent that he even may commit suicide.

This cell is composed of people that come and go. As their people also get trained here, they have a beautiful place not far from Brasilia.

As soon an assignment is given, all the pertinent data about the target are available for the ‘trainee’.

Thorough and innocent investigation. They are being told what to look for and their pay is according to the information delivered. They all have a cover job where they earn for their daily living. An extra earning is the bait.

A good organization is needed to follow this up as it is done on a “population” level.

Each information is collected and analyzed with other related information. In the end Nº 7 gets a clear picture of how all these countries LIVE. Prosperity is not his aim, but full control IS.

Headquarters are in one of Nº 7’s estates, a military Information Center in Teresopolis North of Rio de Janeiro. Here the information comes from the 300 checkpoints all over the continent. This means that there also are 300 persons, each responsible for his or her area.

This is a smooth and easy operation as many are eager to get such a job that gives them enough to live on. Basic salary is ensured as long as there also is some delivery with reasonable intervals.

Able citizens are not what they want. Mediocrity + no jobs keep young people weak and easy to control. No real responsibility should be taught, best if the State takes this over, more comfortable for the students!

Prominent students get on their lists as they could be used or subdued. As youth is the FUTURE of any nation, the “16” want to decide over it.

University Unification is a governmental institution situate in Rio de Janeiro.

Visitors (professors) from other parts of the world are welcome. They can learn all what they wish about Latin America. Only thing missing is that no one knows what this data is used for and how they CAN influence ANY University in their Global direction.

Funds are granted or taken away, depending on the University’s OBEDIENCE to their rules!

Head of the cell are Bank and Finance EXPERTS, 20 of them. They work for a well-known company, this is the cover, but the job is Bank Spying.

Under them there are about 1000 bribable people.

Some of these Main Bosses have contact with Bases that work with Finance manipulation.

The information goes from Experts to Base and form Base to Experts.

Nº 9 has access to Base information, and KNOWS who his main cell leaders are. He even has meetings with them as an “innocent”

Cell # 2 -assassination squad-

The ASSASSINATION cell, also experts in planting false evidences.

Nº 9, in all his manipulations, when he finds opposition to his work, or failures, even from one of the “16” (only 15 left), Cell 2 is in charge of ELIMINATION.

Here we find the most refined assassins. There are only 5 Bosses, and they do work together. They have a huge pay, even if no work is needed for a period of time. They know that if their job is a failure they themselves are liquidated (through abduction, heart attacks, etc).

They receive their orders in a coded form through e-mail's. Also in a coded form they acknowledge that the order has been received. No other communication is needed, as the result will appear in the press, etc.

Again Nº 9 KNOWS who they are, has seen them personally in different ways, in public as “coincidence” or through spy screens, (mostly this way).

He does KNOW his cells and people well, knows about ALL CELLS and the 15’s lives, but no one knows really anything about him.

The BUSINESS WORLD, all mayor companies are infiltrated by this cell, experts in business investments. They all work towards globalization, which should be under HIS group’s leadership.

The best brains can be bought, as money is not a limiting factor.

30 members comprise this cell. MANY more people work for them, but they have the responsibility over them all.

The data they uncover or know is transmitted to a central computer outside the usual communication systems.

These people do NOT know each other; only the Boss knows them as a group.

In society they appear as very busy and successful men.

Cell # 4 -underworld infiltration-

This Cell is concerned with a thorough knowledge about the UNDER WORLD. The Boss wants to know who are the strong men there and what their plans are. The Mafia is not allowed to have more power than he considers is prudent for HIS leadership.

This cell is only REPORTING about their moves. They are excellent at infiltrating into that world, and their job is to get and have their confidence. This is achieved by being able to give the correct tips for different operations.

There are rather few in this extremely difficult job, about 35. They have received training in TELEPATHY. This is needed as “their” group tightly watches them. Trained clandestinely in some jails. They must have a correct curriculum to be accepted.

This Cell provides the information about the groups and places + their capacity for payment. Instead of money there are possibilities of other desirable products such as diamonds, mines, drugs, etc and a good possibility to get in control of the area through some smart contracts.

This Cell is TRAINED in guerrilla’s world and ways of life, so agreements are easily reached!

Office situated in Tehran, Iran, coordinates with Islam’s wish to take over from Nº 11 + agreement with the “16”.

They make contracts and see that the goods are being delivered by Cell # 2.

This group works together and is composed of 150 members. As usual 1 has access to Main Computer for receiving and sending information + 5 others, each responsible for a certain amount of the assigned operations.

Nº 10 has GREAT interest in this Cell’s operation and is the one who issues orders and final approvals, after consultation with the ones whose areas will be “affected”.

Meetings are seldom necessary, just OKs through their secret communication channels.

Nº 9 wants ACTION from this Cell as he has great interest in the world’s unrest.

More important than business is UNREST!

Cell # 2 delivers things EXACTLY the places and times stipulated by Cell # 1. They do keep promises.

There are 20 people that work together. Office in Vietnam, Saigon (Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh). The leader is responsible for smooth delivery.

Cell # 3 -instigator, provokes fights in the name of help-

The Instigation Cell creates places where Nº 10 can provide MILITARY unrest, wherever possible. Being a military man he knows how to give advice that provokes paramilitary or guerrilla groups. Suggests that insurrection will handle all their difficulties. Pushes toward regional fights without ever being suspected.

Sends his top advisors whenever he has decided that he wants to “get in”. Tries to have people of different nationalities, does not consider language as a stop.

Office in Bogotá Colombia, Help in Governmental Administration. From here lines are kept only to the different “advisers”. They help with whatever is needed and answer ANY questions that may come up. They have behind them their Information Center.

Also from here they keep in touch with “their people” from all over the world, and send them to the required places needed by the other 3 Cells.

A very nice GLOBAL Cell. It is responsible for good training and for keeping exact records of their “students”.

Their cover names are business seminars for special branches. Not everyone is accepted. There is a general trial period of about 6 months where some things are being learned, and the Cell has the time to find out if they can be of use to them. It is all their responsibility.

A beautiful and well-kept “Institution”. Neighbors are even proud of it!

Any tough training is done in the global field where they are supposed to work. Here we find, as usual, very good trainers for different things and from several nationalities. They also come and go.

The responsible for this show are tough military people disguised as professors. There are 10 of them, 1 reports, but they do collaborate in this quest.

Sophisticated spying devices are all over these places, as they must KNOW all about their future collaborators. They even investigate their background and family ties. When they find somebody spying on them, the person disappears with some very “logical” statements.

Operators of this cell are diplomatic, well educated and knowledgeable also in politics. They are kept well informed.

It always makes a good impression when you come and divulge an enemy’s secret plans. This is part of supplying their “needs”.

These people are also accustomed in handling any military or government chiefs, no matter their nationality as they are thoroughly briefed before approaching anybody. For this, films are often used in order to make people and environment known to them. Today language is of NO importance.

New York, Berlin, Tokyo, Beijing, Paris, Seoul, Mexico City, Caracas, have training institutions in “humanity and behavior”.

Before coming here they must know all about weapons and its business. Recruited from all over the world. They must be capable of making contracts.

Cell # 1 -plan makers on mars-

This BASIC cell is on Mars. The plan maker cell.

They know him, he knows them. He is part of their plan making.

The contact is kept via the moon, and he thinks that his cell is located there! This is done for their protection. The more hidden & unknown, the more power they have.

The most powerful of all cells. They are trying to form the future of this planet.

This cell has contact with the leading Bases on Earth in order to control it all, and get the needed information.

Cell # 2 -spy leaders-

Is composed of spy leaders. They have assigned areas and in reality they comprise the whole planet.

The spy leaders do not know each other. One of the 25 is their contact.

The information needed is:

1.     Economy of the region.

2.     Political situation, report of ANY important leaders appearing.

3.     Any plans to overthrow the government.

4.     What kind of weapons they have in the region.

5.     Any very wealthy people appearing.

A very specialized and highly trained group that has access to the very top of the most important governments. They are the “gray eminence “ behind any government.

Posts are being assigned. They are “well educated” people, trained in “good” behavior and in politics. Bright persons.

There are about 120 in this group. They might know some of the others. They communicate and get information in some of the “usual” meetings they so often go to.

In their training they have been told that their contacts will vary in order not to draw attention on who is behind.

The basic cell is composed of 20 persons. They do NOT KNOW each other.

From a Base orders are given and information received INDIVIDUALLY.

The 20 know about Bases, but not about Nº 12. He does know them all and can follow their performance in the world.

In this way he is the best-informed politician. What he says is CORRECT!

Terminal Nº 13

Cell # 1 -elections money distribution-

Receiving and distributing the money flow as needed. Nº 13 gives orders to their central administration and to the group in charge of paying the “right” people. All done through computers.

Nº 13 MUST have a thorough understanding of each country where he gets to work. He dominates 7 languages, but he also has in this group the needed translators which all are grooved into good behavior. All surrounding the “16” in any way is spotless.

No one will ever dream of his role in the election game.

Translators come and go. The money distributors are also administrators and responsible for the efficiency if the distribution. They are only 5, with equal power. They work very well together. Here we have NO cheating. Their salary is very generous, even when no campaigns are going on. It is their job to find the contacts as indicated by the next Cell, and handle the “contributions” in an undetectable way.

Cell # 2 -elections spying-

Information and spying is done as soon a country is assigned to them. They must quickly find out all about the different groups in regard to election. Here we find some locally known opinion leaders. This Cell decides nothing but is responsible for all necessary data for an EXACT judgment of the country’s current situation. For them all have equal importance. EVERY person that appears on a voting list must be checked about his life and family. Presidential candidates, more thoroughly, if possible.

This Cell is comprised of able organizers, they do not work in an office. They establish their headquarters wherever their assignment is.

They MUST live in the country to see things in real life and compare it with the information already given to them. They are again 5 working well together in the field. Reports given to a computer assigned to them. Where the computers are the coordination of all Nº 13’s work is done. It is not situated in a Base, but in an administrative office in Mexico City. Here also 5 experts work for a boss they never met.

Cell # 3 -public relations infiltration-

Public relation persons backed up by Cell # 1. These people are “trained” by Cell # 4. These could be business people as well as local personalities, not too known to the press, but respected in their area. It is their job to talk nicely or in a derogatory way about the candidates. Scandals may appear through their information.

Basically they work in such a way that the candidate the “16” want (they do agree about this) is depicted as the good man or a hero. The faults they know about him are as much as possible kept back to be used, if necessary, later as pressure or blackmail methods.

They must know what is going on during the whole campaign. As it is generally long they have the time to get well acquainted with the country’s peculiarities.

5 people are responsible for this work as well as for the necessary reports.

Cell # 4 -training cell # 3 people

Finding and training the necessary people to infiltrate any election campaign. The huge information network they are in possession of is at their disposal. Fresh information is received from Cell # 2. It is now their job to find the people needed to get in contact with the different leaders, those whose opinion will be listened to. These could be good friends, if possible, priests or someone they owe money to. But, they must find what they need.

Has NO interest in a peace in the Middle East, so his people are also sent there. This cell acts any place where there can be trouble for Europe.

These international leaders are troublemakers for the European Union. They are planted in each of the Unions country, also in them about joining. They are stationed in the different countries, and must have that region’s nationality.

They give information and receive orders as well as the necessary money from 5 cell leaders. These 5 speak many different languages in order to see what is going on without being discovered. They do know each other. Only one of them, the senior relates the data to a secret computer from which he also gets orders and money codes.

Nº 14 knows the 5 from parties in the University or other young people’s gatherings.

They are often selected through University records. This job is called “International Advisors”

Infiltrated military advisors. They are against the formation of a European Army as the purpose is a weak Europe. They make it hard to get an agreement for its fortification. What is wanted is dependency on the US.

Here we have 5 leaders, all with a high political or military rank. They do not know each other. Their contact is a military “attaché” from the European Parliament, a person with no great importance or influence, but he is the best paid of them all!

All their private transactions are UNTRACEABLE as the “16”control the world economy.

All inside information is delivered in code to the “attaché”.

Their network of communication is through safe computers and only codes are being used. The “attaché” is sending to a computer placed in Washington DC. From there it is transmitted to Germany where the information is studied and SELECTED by some political experts, subversive university people. They are well paid for their political analysis. The leader of this group is a secretary to Nº 14. This all looks as some innocent University work.

Yes, Nº 14 has some visible computers, but also some that are well hidden. These are used for his coded messages and are placed in between his books. When all these data is thoroughly digested, they are sent to the Moon, which, as we know is only a relay point for Mars.

The political moves we see in TV or elsewhere, are directed from Mars through the “16”.

Cell # 3 is composed of 120 well indoctrinated as well as educated people. They are well received in the Universities or other High Tech Institutes. They work with an exact program to choose the candidates as many positions are “waiting” for them.

Cell # 1 -psychiatry-

Governmental lobbying the importance of Psychiatrists – Psychologists & Mental Institutions.

They work to get MONEY from taxpayers through legislation + budget assignments in the first world countries.

In this Cell they are already trained for the job with highly respectable Doctor titles and lawyers.

Cell # 3 from Nº 14 finds students from Universities. They are looking for high degrees & high greed. The pay is good and on top they get % of what they achieve.

Often taken as advisors in Mental Health matters. Some are even part of the bureaucracy. Nº 15 follows their deeds. Has instructors that give orders and money as well as collect data. There are 1 in each country, 15 in all.

Cell # 2 -mental health training-

There is NO access to Cell # 1 before OK from Cell # 2.

Such Training Center is situated in Canada. There are minor Centers in Germany – France – Switzerland – Denmark.

They advise for ‘special treatments’ and are very persuasive and “nice” to family and patients.

Some are placed in other important institutions, especially those where judges send the criminals. Here it is easier to work as often no one is following up on the procedures being used.

This Cell is mostly FINDING the adequate people they can make into professional criminals. Often they can sign them OUT as ‘sane’. They do have AUTHORITY in the places they work, so their orders are followed.

This is planetary work, with emphasis on Europe, Russia, South and Central America, Japan, Hong Kong, USA, South Chorea, Thailand and wherever progress can be found!

Only 20 tough organizers are in charge of keeping this network working. They have 1 Boss. He is the only one that has access to Nº 15.

The “doctors” executing the transformation of the patients. Yes, they can also help!!!

But, the ones assigned by Cell 3 are taken into their custody. There they transform them in “worthy participants” in crimes necessary to get MORE POLICE for the One World Police Planet.

This Cell consists of doctors + helpers, about 5.000, controlled through a Mental Health Organization.

Cell 4 is infiltrated throughout the world. 230 of them know what they are doing, no need even to hide. There is another institution for ‘coordination’, Mental Health in Toronto Canada. There we have 4 top secretaries.

Cell # 1 -business leaders headhunters-

Inside knowledge of Big and prosperous companies and Corporations is their aim.

This is a “Head Hunters” association. There are 130 people. They work in different parts of the planet, but they also help each other to find the right people. The Head of the Association only knows the real purpose of the placements.

INFILTRATION OF NEW PEOPLE is the basic purpose. We know that this is a Communication Web, and it has to continue working even if some persons change jobs.

Before people are even assigned to a certain area they have been under the Cell # 1 scrutiny. The Cell’s only job is to find and place the right people to the correct places.

In order to do this they must have a thorough knowledge about the company’s needs and possibilities.

It all looks so easy and well paid, but if mistakes are made, these could cost them their lives.

Most Corporations are Power greedy, they want to be the biggest but the “16” want them all under their hidden control. For them Earth is ONE BIG COMPANY.

Cell 2 is an elegant industrial & business spy system. Same way of delivering information, by hidden computers.

The data flows to a Main analysis computer placed in a Base on Earth. Essentials go to Nº 16 who relays it to Moon - Mars from where orders come to buy and create conglomerates, so in the end ONE hand can direct it all.

In the Base 4 people, 2 Ets & 2 of our experts work “willingly”, but are implanted robots (they do not know it).

The contacts are about 150. They work individually. Orders and debriefs are done through computers. On top of them are 4 who do know each other and are in charge of keeping an eye on the 150.

If something should not work as expected, there is always the liquidation squad, cell 2 from the BOSS Nº 9!

Here Nº 16 only knows 8 people, the 4 in Base and the other 4 in charge.

Cell # 3 -money and banking-

Money funds for industrialization called INVESTMENT FUNDS each with its specific code. This is what Cell # 3 is in charge of. This means that it sees to that some of the profit money is not “stolen”, but gets into the adequate channels. The “16” sit over the world economy, and money gives Power.

Mr. Greenspan is told exactly what to do.

This is a BANKING cell. They also influence the IMF and other World Banks. Here we find the manipulations of the Stock Exchange!

Their main office is in Frankfurt, “The Foundation for Industrial Structure”, or something similar.

They have economical experts who can make it all look 100% legal.

Big Corporations and businesses pay “gladly” as the purpose seems to be that UNITED they will have the Power over all assets on the planet. In reality they are all being CHEATED, as the idea behind is that all should end in the Grey’s hands.

Through our insatiable thirst for power we will be giving it all to the Aliens.

The funds are used to keep the “16” Web going, to buy huge areas of land, pay terrorist and guerrilla groups, keep the infiltrations strong and ruining any opposition.

This cell is composed of 3 parts.

Cell # 4 -checking up and buying big corporations-

INVESTIGATION TEAM also divided into 3 parts.

1)     Following up the trend of big Corporations, just keeping an eye on them. 18 people.

2)     Investigating further purchases. They may totally ruin a country to get its natural wealth. This can be done in any part of the world and in any sector of business or trade. We can take as an example tourism, the clothing industry, and most important of all (for us), the food industry. When they OWN a company they can fill our food with substances that we know nothing about. Remember all the laboratories they have in the Bases and elsewhere. 36 people.

3)     Issuing the orders of how to move and what to do. The same as cell 3. Their own team of 12 (7 Aliens)
